Responsibilities
- Sourcing + Vetting: Assist with influencer sourcing based on influencer research, discovery, and platform native lists.
- Contracting Support + Campaign Organization: Maintain internal databases, trackers, and campaign documentation.
- Influencer Outreach for Earned/Paid: Assist with outreach communications for earned & paid campaign needs.
- Influencer Asset Management: Assistant Support campaign execution by monitoring deadlines and deliverables. Help with reporting by gathering performance data and organizing insights.
- Admin Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CAIT team as needed.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related field (internships welcome)
- Strong research and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates

Pay
Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 USD
Schedule
The position is currently designated as hybrid and is subject to the Company's workplace attendance and in-office work requirements, as in effect from time to times. The Company reserves the right to modify these requirements at any time.
