Associate, Industrials M&A

Duties & Responsibilities

• Performing financial analyses and valuations
• Conducting industry research
• Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
• Preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations
• Interacting with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
• Participating in new business meetings
• Hosting visits by potential buyers at client facilities
• Supporting senior bankers during transaction negotiations
• Facilitating due diligence and transaction closings
• Leading or implementing initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of M&A experience required
• Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• MBA degree preferred

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $225,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to eligible employees.
