Associate - Industrials

About the role

Lazard is seeking a skilled and motivated analyst banker to join our Industrials group. This position offers opportunities to work on complex financial advisory projects, interact with senior executives, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and create detailed models
• Create and deliver client presentations and meeting materials
• Interact with senior client executives to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
• Assist in managing deal processes and ensuring timely completion
• Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of investment banking experience, with M&A experience preferred
• A strong interest in the Industrials sector
• A solid quantitative background and analytical/technical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A proven track record as a team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Top academic performance, comfortable with an environment that values initiative, creativity, and maturity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

The base salary range for this role is approximately $185,000 - $250,000 USD. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Schedule

This role is full-time and based in our New York office.
