Associate - Industrials

About the role

Lazard is seeking an Industrials banker to join our team. This position will provide financial analysis and support to client presentations and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and create models
• Create and prepare client presentations and meeting materials
• Interact with client senior executives
• Manage deal processes
• Mentor and coach Analyst bankers

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
• Interest in the Industrials sector
• Strong quantitative background and analytical/technical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated team player attitude with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity
• Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to multi-task
