Associate Immigration Attorney

Job Description: We currently have an exciting opportunity for Associate Attorney in Cleveland, OH. Do you have 4 years of immigration experience? Do you have Juris Doctorate from an accredited university? If yes, read on. Our client is Immigration Law Firm and they are looking for Associate Attorney in Cleveland, OH. The Salary is $100,000-$150,000 and this is full-time office role. The person will provide legal advice and counsel in support of immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk. Prepares and reviews all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. Reviews and process incoming documents. Qualifications: Applicants need 5 years of litigation experience or 3 years of immigration experience. Position requires regular appearance in Immigration Court in person and by video. Travel to Immigration Courts in other cities may be necessary. Admitted to practice law in any state. Qualifications Excellent writing, organizational and research skills required. (Writing sample may be requested). Juris Doctorate from an accredited university is required. GPA of 3.5 or higher and top 15% of graduating class Applicants need litigation 3 years of litigation or immigration experience Position requires regular appearance in Immigration Court in person and by video. Juris Doctorate from an accredited university. Immigration experience a plus. Diligence and organizational skills necessary.
