Associate III, Production Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operational tasks following established procedures.
• Monitor production systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance and audit.
• Assist in process improvements and participate in team projects.
• At senior levels: mentor junior associates and coordinate small workstreams.

Requirements

• Entry to Mid level experience
• Consults with internal customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheres to internal and external SLA requirements.
• May aid in monitoring and reporting performance of client SLAs.
• Uses complex models to develop operational capacity and monitors workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of work across the production process.
• Forecasts volumes based on prior history and client projections.
• Assists in developing operational standards based on production trends and performance levels.
• May help develop software tracking database as needed.
