Associate III, Configuration

Position Summary

Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications. Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units. Ensures conformance to specified tolerances. May disassemble and correct malfunctions. Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.

What You Bring To The Role

• Seasoned individual contributor. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Generally works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years experience in functional area.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,800.00 - $62,100.00 per year.
