Associate II, Warehouse

About the role

Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality. This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift, schedule, and additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order pickup and complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations
• Provide basic customer service functions and handle incoming telephone inquiries
• Perform basic modifications to parts of customer products per specified requirements
• Oversee outbound shipment processes
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all safety and company standards
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to minimize accidents
• Contribute and implement process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations
• Identify deviations in processes and immediately notify supervisor to correct issues
• Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure timely repairs and minimize safety risks
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure team compliance
• Protect CPSG’s reputation by keeping information confidential
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, publications, and professional networks
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Forklift Certification
• 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Ability to read and write in English
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior welding/torch experience
• Proficiency in Spanish

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.04 - $29.06 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors including position, location, education, training, and experience.

In addition to base pay, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is also eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
