Associate HR Business Partner - Shift Differential

About the role

The Associate Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Swagelok acts as a partner to the leadership team at a manufacturing site. They assist in performance management and provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring proper communication and understanding of company benefits, compensation, training, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manufacturing leadership team in performance management, providing coaching and feedback throughout the year.
• Partner with other members of the HR team for consistency in approach.
• Investigate associate issues and complaints, responding and resolving them professionally and promptly.
• Provide advice and counsel to the manufacturing management team on associate issues.
• Conduct exit interviews for departing associates, providing feedback to HR Managers for theme building.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Prior experience in HR is preferred.
• Skills in computer software (MS Office, Org Plus), interviewing, facilitation, and presentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflict and manage relationships.
• Exceptional customer service, sense of urgency, and detail orientation.
• Broad organizational knowledge is preferred.
