Associate Head Coach, Men's Wrestling

About the role

This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and operations of the Wrestling program
• Aid in the preparation for practices and events
• Evaluate student-athlete performances and provide feedback
• Make recommendations for individual participation in events
• Recruit and evaluate potential student-athletes adhering to NCAA and Ivy League policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and coaching experience
• 6+ years of experience contributing to a positive student-athlete experience
• Proven success in coaching and recruiting student-athletes
• Knowledge of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations
• Experience promoting inclusion and wellbeing among team members
• Ability to advocate for diverse backgrounds
