About the role

Supergoop! is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer who will work with the Creative Team, mainly focusing on digital design. Our digital design team creates stunning graphics that bring our brand campaigns to life. We’re looking for someone passionate about design with a solid understanding of core graphic design principles—typography, color, composition, and working with photography. The ideal candidate is a powerhouse creative who keeps their finger on the pulse of current trends in marketing, site design, and social media. In this role, you'll help shape the evolution of our brand. This position requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. The person thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is comfortable producing high-volume, best-in-class digital work.

Responsibilities

• Execute stunning and on-brand digital marketing materials including but not limited to web designs, email campaigns (static & animated gif), social media, and paid media graphics
• Perform production design tasks (resizing graphics, making edits, exporting files, etc.)
• Prepare presentations for creative review meetings
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & their specific requirements

Video and/or animation design skills are a big plus!

Schedule

The role is based in our NYC office, with a hybrid schedule that includes in-person work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay

Annual Base Salary: $67,000 - $75,000/year
