Associate Graphic Designer, Collabs + Emerging Partnerships

About the role

Old Navy is looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to support the Collabs + Emerging Partnerships team, focusing on apparel graphics. This role involves bringing exciting brand collaborations to life through on-product design, working closely with cross-functional partners to create compelling, trend-right graphics for our collections.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop original graphics for apparel across collaborations and partnerships, including tees, fleece, and other key categories
• Support concept development by translating creative direction into on-brand, customer-relevant artwork
• Create and prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, scale, placement, and print techniques
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to bring graphics from concept to final product
• Execute revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines
• Stay current on graphic trends, typography, and cultural influences to bring fresh ideas to the product

Requirements

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel or fashion
• Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, typography, and print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required)
• Understanding of print techniques, color separations, and production processes for apparel
• Strong attention to detail, especially in file setup and execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in collaborations, pop culture, and trend-driven design

Qualifications

• Experience working on licensed or collaboration-based product

Pay

Salary Range: $69,700.00 - $87,100.00 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
