Associate, General Warehouse - 1st Shift

Hiring range: $16.20 USD - $20.25 USD per hour

Schedule

Monday - Thursday; 5:30am - 4:00pm

Pay

$16.50/hr + Performance Incentives (earn up to $25/hr for your performance)

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse
• Perform a variety of functions within the distribution center, including receiving, stocking, loading, unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries
• Work independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately

Requirements

• Basic level of education: reading, writing, and basic numeracy
• Problem solving and accountability skills
• 1 year of experience (formal education in a related field is not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience
