About the role

As our Associate General Manager – Service & Solutions, you will lead the service business operations for your territory, collaborating with customers and colleagues to promote safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive the service business operations within your territory
• Work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to achieve safety and quality goals
• Manage a union-represented workforce with progressive and successful leadership experience in a consultative selling environment
• Bring a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Pay

The annual base pay range for this role is $139,000 – $182,000. The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
