Associate General Dentist

About The Role

Are you a motivated General Dentist looking for a practice with a steady stream of new patients and state-of-the-art operatory setups? We are expanding our patient volume and seeking an experienced or ambitious Associate Dentist to step into a busy, established patient base.

• High Daily Production: Robust existing patient base with 50+ new patients per month.
• Advanced Technology: Fully digital operatory equipped with 3D imaging, digital impression scanners, and modern restorative materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient demographic.
• Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).

Qualifications

• Valid DDS/DMD license for Louisiana.
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (New grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply).
• Proficiency across general dentistry disciplines.
