Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum three years of clinical experience
- Commitment to comprehensive patient care

Pay
- 30% of production
- Guaranteed minimum for the first 3 months
- Earning potential: $200,000–$300,000+ annually
