Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum three years of clinical experience
• Commitment to comprehensive patient care

Pay

• 30% of production
• Guaranteed minimum for the first 3 months
• Earning potential: $200,000–$300,000+ annually
