Associate General Counsel, Litigation

You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and internal processes
• Craft and implement the company’s litigation strategy to protect business interests
• Lead and grow the litigation team, refining their structure and priorities
• Oversee outside counsel selection and manage budget for litigation matters
• Stay informed on industry changes to anticipate legal challenges

Qualifications

• US-licensed attorney with 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably from a top-tier firm
• Proven expertise in complex IP, trade secret, marketing, and competitor disputes
• Significant trial experience in handling dispositive motions and witness examination
• Adept in developing comprehensive litigation strategies across all phases
• Experience with litigation for public companies, including financial governance and audit
• Strong judgment and executive presence with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in AI-driven tools and leveraging technology in legal processes

Pay

$235,000 – $372,000 annually
