About the role

A highly capitalized infrastructure platform is seeking an exceptional Associate General Counsel to join its executive team and help shape the legal strategy behind some of the most significant energy, digital infrastructure, and development projects in North America.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with executive leadership, investors, lenders, developers, engineers, commercial teams, and external advisors on a broad range of corporate, commercial, financing, development, governance, and strategic matters.
• Support complex transactions, development projects, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of corporate, project development, energy, infrastructure, or commercial contracting experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business counseling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
• Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
