Overview

About Suffolk
Suffolk is a national enterprise that builds, innovates, and invests. We deliver value across the entire project lifecycle through our core construction management services and complementary lines in real estate investment, design, self-perform construction, and technology ventures.

Through our Seamless Platform, integrating data, AI, and advanced technology, we connect design, construction, and operations to deliver smarter, more predictable outcomes and redefine how America builds.

We have more than $10 billion in annual revenue, 3,000 employees, and 17 offices coast to coast, managing some of the most complex and transformative projects in the country across healthcare, life sciences, education, gaming, aviation, transportation, government, mission critical, and commercial sectors.

Suffolk is ranked #8 on ENR’s “Top CM-at-Risk Contractors” list. It is privately held and led by founder, Chairman, and CEO John Fish. We believe our people are our greatest asset. That’s why Suffolk offers a comprehensive total rewards program, competitive salaries, market-leading medical, dental, and vision plans, mental health benefits, generous PTO, a 401(k) with employer match, backup childcare, short- and long-term disability, commuter benefits, auto allowances for applicable roles, and more.
