They maintain compliance with all internal contract policies and procedures, and provides support to the Company’s business units. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, Other Duties May Be Assigned. Responsibility for broad range of legal matters and general business matters based on the needs of the companyNegotiate and draft customer and vendor contractsNegotiate and draft various business-related documents and agreementsAssist with a variety of business-related functions, including, loans, equity raises, acquisitions, construction, real estate, reporting and compliance, litigation, etc.Assist with information technology-related mattersAssist with compliance with various domestic and international privacy lawsAssist with the company’s data security programManage collections on customer accountsManage customer bankruptcy filings Basic Qualifications J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
