Associate General Counsel, Corporate

Responsibilities

• Manage board administration and corporate governance practices
• Oversee entity management and regulatory compliance
• Lead legal due diligence and negotiate M&A transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Drive the company’s public company readiness
• Manage internal employment and litigation functions
• Build and lead the corporate legal team and optimize processes

Qualifications

• JD degree with active bar membership
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience at a nationally-recognized law firm
• Knowledge of securities laws and corporate governance
• Familiarity with M&A transactions and SEC reporting

Pay

$211,000 – $300,000 annually
