A well-established and thriving real estate development company based in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an attorney with significant experience in real estate, construction, and lending law to join its collegial in-house legal department in a leadership role. Requirements
- 12+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
- Experience with purchase and sale, easements, leases, loan agreements, and construction agreements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
- Outstanding references
- Active license with a state bar
