This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within an operationally complex logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements with government entities and partners
- Support daily commercial contracting activities and internal legal requests
- Assist with public-sector procurement agreements and compliance
- Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient contract execution
- Identify and escalate legal risks within agreements
- Interpret and negotiate key contract provisions
- Support ongoing contract administration and compliance tracking
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Approximately 12+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably involving commercial contracting
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Preferred familiarity with public procurement concepts and government contracting requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business stakeholders

Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
