We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: application instructions, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info: job summary, essential functions, education, licenses, experience, etc.
We need to map content to sections.
We have:

So we should omit Pay section.)
FLSA Status (exempt/nonexempt) United States of America (Exempt) Union Affiliation (if Applicable) For assistance with your application or attachments, please contact the Human Resources representative listed: Cindy Harm Email charm@uakron.edu ... (application instructions, contact info) - remove.
Background Check Statement, Non-Discrimination Statement, State of Residence Statement - remove.
Thus we have content for sections: About the role (maybe job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education, license), Qualifications (experience, skills), Skills (maybe communication etc), Benefits (none given), Pay (omit), Schedule (none given). We should only include sections with real specific content. Benefits: none given, so omit. Pay: omit. Schedule: omit.
We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also "Education" and "Licenses" could be under Requirements or Qualifications. But we must follow given headings list. Use for each section heading.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like specific focus areas, tasks, etc.
We'll structure:
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use
for each section heading.

We'll structure:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are the expected headings. It also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate Leadership, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions into existing sections like Responsibilities or Qualifications? But they are not exactly responsibilities. Could add a section "Working Conditions" but not in list. Better to incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe a new section "Additional Information". However the instruction says to use those headings; maybe we should stick to them and fold other info into those sections. For completeness, we could add a section "Additional Information" but that's not in the list; risk of deviating. Safer to incorporate into Responsibilities or Qualifications.
Leadership: "No authority or responsibility for the supervision of others." Could be placed under Qualifications or Responsibilities as a note.
Physical Requirements: "Job is physically comfortable; individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects." Could be placed under Responsibilities or a new section but we can add to Responsibilities as a bullet.
Working Conditions: "No major sources of working conditions discomfort, standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions, minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems, and/or up to 40% use of PC terminal." Could also go under Responsibilities.
We'll add these as bullets under Responsibilities.
Thus Responsibilities bullets will include those.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The job summary also mentions "Provide counsel to the University in focus areas to include but not limited to: athletic matters, trademarks (all), primary complex contract drafting and review, litigation (non-labor/employment), research contract and intellectual property matters, The University of Akron Foundation matters and general and capital planning bids. Evaluates all aspects of real property matters to provide suitable advice and counsel." Already captured.
Essential Functions: we captured.
Education: captured.
Licenses: captured.
Experience: captured.
Leadership, Physical, Working Conditions: added to Responsibilities.
Now check for any boilerplate we inadvertently kept: "Application Instructions", "Background Check Statement", "Non-Discrimination Statement", "State of Residence Statement" removed.
Check for any repeated lines: we have not repeated.
Now output HTML fragment only.
Make sure to use proper - for lists. Use
for prose.
We'll produce:

Check for duplication: Qualifications already includes communication, analytical, research skills; ability to organize time etc; flexibility; collegial disposition; ability to conduct legal research via computer; practice law; previous work. Skills repeats some of those. Might be redundant but we are preserving all info; maybe we could merge but risk losing detail. However we could keep Skills as a separate section focusing on abilities, but it's okay if some overlap. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having both Qualifications and Skills may be thin. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section, but we need to follow headings list; we could omit Skills if its content is already covered. However the instruction says to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific
