Associate General Counsel

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Associate General Counsel to provide senior-level legal leadership to a healthcare organization. This role will focus on software and commercial contract negotiations, vendor and service-provider agreements, corporate law, and corporate governance. Responsibilities Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of software agreements.Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.Advise on commercial transactions and corporate legal matters.Provide guidance related to corporate governance.Partner with executive leadership and the compliance team on legal matters affecting the organization. Required Qualifications Significant legal experience within the healthcare industry.Demonstrated experience negotiating software contracts.Experience managing vendor and service-provider agreements.Strong background in commercial transactions and corporate law.Experience advising on corporate governance matters.Ability to operate effectively as a senior legal advisor in collaboration with executive leadership.
