Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

Provides a full range of legal advice and services as an attorney. May serve as counsel to a business unit or as a corporate-level subject matter expert in a particular legal discipline (e.g., employment law, intellectual property, or litigation).

Education and Experience

- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) - Doctorate Degree (Required) - Four (4) or more years Management experience (Required) - Six (6) or more years Litigation experience and progressive management experience (Required) - Ten (10) or more years In-house or law firm experience (Required) - Required Certifications/Licensures: (Current State Bar certification)
