Associate General Counsel

About the role

The Associate General Counsel will provide legal support to the Internal Operations team, including contract review, compliance matters, and legal advice on various operational issues. This role requires strong legal knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Provide legal guidance on internal policies and procedures
• Assist with regulatory compliance and audits
• Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies
• Represent the company in external legal matters as needed

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in corporate or commercial law preferred

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations
• Experience with contract management software
