Associate General Counsel
About the role
The Associate General Counsel will play a key role in supporting Adams Homes' growth and operations. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position will handle various legal matters including land and lot acquisition, commercial contract review, insurance-related issues, litigation, corporate governance, and land use.
Responsibilities
- Supports land and lot acquisition efforts
- Reviews and negotiates commercial contracts
- Assists with insurance-related issues
- Handles litigation-related matters
- Prepares and reviews company-generated documents
- Manages HOA-related issues
- Oversees land use issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in law, preferably in real estate, construction, land use, litigation, and/or business law
- Admission to a state legal bar association
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire for self-improvement

Pay
Compensation will vary based on experience, but generally, this position will have a target compensation range of $70,000 - $140,000.
