Associate Food Service Attendant

About the role

This position is responsible for providing seamless customer service in the areas of meals, floor stock, nourishment, and food preferences. You will handle food according to HACCP guidelines and maintain awareness of minimum standards for a quality food service operation. Responsibilities include adhering to standard recipes and plating guidelines, ensuring accuracy of all assembled meal orders, maintaining par stocks, ordering supplies, and rotating product for maximum quality. You will interact with other employees in a friendly and courteous manner and act as an effective customer service liaison to all customers and facility departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless customer service in meals, floor stock, nourishment, and food preferences.

• Adhere to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy of all assembled meal orders.
• Maintain par stocks, order supplies, and rotate product for maximum quality.
• Interact with employees and customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Act as a customer service liaison to all customers and facility departments.

Requirements

• National Food Handler Card (State County City Authority) upon hire.
• 6 months of experience working in a dining services environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $28.21 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full time, variable shift.
