Associate, Financial Services Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own daily management of card issuing and payment network partnerships
• Track milestones, KPIs, and metrics; identify risks and drive resolution
• Conduct research for partner assessments and new partnership evaluations
• Cook up workflows across legal, compliance, product, marketing, and finance teams
• Prepare materials for partner meetings and internal updates
• Provide data-driven insights for performance improvement and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations in fintech, payments, or card products
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
• Analytical skills to track performance and evaluate partnership economics
• Experience coordinating across legal, product, and finance teams for project execution
• Familiarity with contract management processes and renewal timelines
• Proficiency in using generative AI for improving workflow efficiency
