We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Who Are We Looking For?" (intro), "What Will You Be Doing?" (description), then "Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To" (list). Then "Requirements" with "The Necessities" and "The Extras". Also location/hybrid info, salary range, benefits description. Also mention eligibility for bonus pool, equity. Also mention employee benefits: health benefits, time off, wellbeing committee, hybrid work model, 401(k). Also mention interview process etc but we should remove boilerplate like interview process, privacy policy, etc. Also remove application instructions, legal, EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include sections: About the role (maybe from "Who Are We Looking For?" and "What Will You Be Doing?"), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Qualifications? The posting has "Requirements" with necessities and extras; we could treat that as Requirements. Could also have Skills (maybe from requirements). Benefits: we have employee benefits description. Pay: salary range. Schedule: hybrid work model info (location and hybrid). Could also include Schedule as hybrid in-office operation. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. About the role: combine "Who Are We Looking For?" and "What Will You Be Doing?" paragraphs. Who Are We Looking For? Vestwell is seeking a Financial Crimes Compliance Associate to be part of our growing Legal and Compliance Team. In this role you will take ownership of day-to-day fraud detection and anti-money laundering operations across all three of our business lines to manage fraud risk and comply with regulatory requirements. You will report to the Manager of Financial Crimes Compliance and will work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with our Client, Operations and Services Teams. The role will have a significant impact by understanding, analyzing and controlling key risk for the company as we continue to scale. What Will You Be Doing? As a Financial Crimes Compliance Associate, you will serve as a strategic, exempt individual contributor responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating financial crime risk. This role requires independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to protect the company and its clients. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate escalation, investigation, and resolution of suspicious activity while supporting compliance initiatives. We can combine into a couple paragraphs. Responsibilities: list items under "Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To". Items: - Fraud Detection & Analysis: Analyze daily high-risk fraud indicators and surveillance reports to identify suspicious activity, applying critical thinking and regulatory knowledge to assess potential risk. - Typology Development: Identifying emerging fraud patterns and trends, and communicate them for adaptations to reporting and training materials. - Regulatory Interpretation: Interpret applicable financial crimes and anti-money laundering regulations, applying them to business operations and client activity to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. - Escalation & Reporting: Review, research, and respond to escalated surveillance and screening alerts. Prepare detailed escalation memos to alert clients or internal stakeholders of potential suspicious activity. - Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Partner with Client, Operations, and Services Teams to track, research, and resolve inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to potential financial crimes. - Data Logging & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of suspicious activity investigations and prepare data for management and client reporting. - Process Improvement & Compliance Projects: Collaborate on improving procedures, workflows, and platform features to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of security reviews. Support Legal and Compliance team initiatives to scale financial crime mitigation strategies. - Independent Judgment: Exercise discretion and analytical judgment when reviewing alerts, escalating issues, and recommending procedural or operational improvements. We need to output as
  • each. Requirements: "The Necessities" list: - A Bachelor's degree in business, finance and/or criminal justice - Experience performing fraud detection or anti-money laundering functions. - Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment with a substantial degree of autonomy. - Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required. - Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and make sound, evidence-based decisions. - Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with productivity tools, especially JIRA. - Experience with research tools like LexisNexis. "The Extras" list: - Experience working at a financial institution or fintech or high growth startup. - Experience drafting SARs or responding to FinCEN 314(a) requests. - Familiarity with identity-verification platforms such as Plaid or Persona. We could combine under Requirements heading, maybe separate subheadings? But only allowed headings are the given list; we can't add custom headings. So we can put all under Requirements as a single list, or we could split into two
but still under same heading. Probably just one list. Qualifications: Not explicitly separate; maybe we could treat Requirements as qualifications. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. The posting doesn't have a separate "Qualifications" section; we could omit Qualifications if no specific content. Better to omit. Skills: Could be derived from requirements (analytical, communication, JIRA, LexisNexis). But we already have them in Requirements; we could still create a Skills section if we want, but we must not invent content. Since the posting doesn't have a separate Skills heading, we should not create it unless there is explicit content. Safer to omit Skills. Benefits: The posting has "Employee Benefits" paragraph: "We’re an innovative, high-growth company with an exciting future ahead. At Vestwell, we prioritize employee wellbeing through comprehensive health benefits, generous time off, and a dedicated Employee Wellbeing Committee. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility while providing access to our collaborative offices in Midtown Manhattan, Austin, King of Prussia, and Scottsdale. And, of course, as a company focused on helping people save for the future, we offer a competitive 401(k) plan." Also mention eligibility for bonus pool and equity. That could be part of Benefits or Pay? It's compensation. We'll include in Benefits maybe. Pay: "The expected base salary range for this position is $60K - $70K base. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on New York and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired." Schedule: Hybrid work model info: "This role could be based in our New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale office and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation." Also mention hybrid work model in benefits paragraph. We need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. Could include location/hybrid in Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like interview process, privacy policy, etc. Now construct HTML. We'll have sections:

Check that we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Good. Now craft the text precisely. tags. Responsibilities list items: need to keep the bold headings? The original had headings like "Fraud Detection & Analysis:" etc. We can keep them as part of the li text. Let's write each li: - Analyze daily high-risk fraud indicators and surveillance reports to identify suspicious activity, applying critical thinking and regulatory knowledge to assess potential risk. (But we need to keep the heading? The original: "Fraud Detection & Analysis: Analyze daily high-risk fraud indicators and surveillance reports to identify suspicious activity, applying critical thinking and regulatory knowledge to assess potential risk." We'll keep that as one sentence. - Identifying emerging fraud patterns and trends, and communicate them for adaptations to reporting and training materials.
