Associate Financial Advisor - Emerald Financial Group
Job Description
Drive business growth by expanding the client base and increasing assets under management. Maintain accountability for personal revenue goals. Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards. Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to prospective and existing clients. Communicate complex financial strategies clearly and effectively. Oversee trade execution, insurance analysis, suitability review, and client account changes with accuracy and care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Serious (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary is tied to recurring revenue from your book of business, with additional revenue sharing on first-year commissions and advisory fees. $75,000 - $150,000 annually dependent upon licensure and experience.
