Associate Finance Operations Cash Management Analyst (onsite/hybrid)
Position Overview
As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will be part of AgriBank’s mission to support the people who feed the world. The Associate Finance Operations Cash Management Analyst executes operational transactions, reconciles assigned accounts, and supports clients on multiple operational systems. Please be aware that AgriBank will be relocating from downtown St. Paul to Richfield, MN in September 2026.
Duties Include
- Produces and analyzes the bank’s daily cash position, and monitors daily liquidity
- Determines the amount of investable cash, and communicates the results to the internal investments team
- Initiating and processing wire transfer requests, includes both domestic and foreign exchange (FX)
- Processing automated clearing house (ACH) file requests
- Performs Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) reviews
- Reviewing deposits for accuracy
- Executes transactions and other operational activity for AgriBank, the member associations, and association retail clients
- Performs daily reconciliation process between internal operating system and external sources
- Reviews transactions to determine payment timing, and appropriate recording to the general ledger
- Researches and clears reconciling items
- Monitors assigned system(s) to ensure systems are performing as expected
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and internal controls for financial reporting (ICFR)
- Engages in testing for business continuity planning
- Assessing client inquiries and identifying client needs
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- 1 – 3 years’ related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of accounting, cash management, securities, and investment operations
Skills
- Basic proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic proficiency in data query tools
Pay
The typical base range for this role is between $63,000 - $96,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
