About the role
Will provide financial and operational support to an individual facility. Responsible for the financial operations of the entity including but not limited to monthly close, forecasting, productivity, budgeting, performance management, monthly operations reviews, certain revenue cycle activities and capital management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 8 years of recent relevant experience
Skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain and revenue cycle functions
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, productivity management, and operational finance
- Ability to build strong partnerships with operations and key stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare administration, finance, and operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust curiosity
- Current on trends and issues impacting the healthcare industry, including managed care, reimbursement, regulations, and laws
Schedule
- Full-time, days
- Monday - Friday
- Weekend work as needed
- 40 hours per week
Pay
Annual salary range: $200,096.00 to $320,153.60. The compensation range may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
