We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Business Overview, Candidate Success Factors, Responsibilities, Minimum Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, FINRA Registrations..., then salary, benefits, About BNP Paribas. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We must not repeat job title as heading (none given). No Job ID. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role (maybe Business Overview + Candidate Success Factors?), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Minimum Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe tools/knowledge?), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have salary range given, so Pay section with that. Benefits section with description. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like Business Overview text, Candidate Success Factors bullet points? They are paragraphs. We can put them as

. For lists, we need to identify any list: responsibilities list (building, reviewing...), qualifications list (Bachelor’s..., 2+ years..., etc). Preferred qualifications list (CFA..., some experience...). Benefits list (medical, dental..., 401(k)...). We'll wrap those in

    • . We must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud warnings, etc. Remove those. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's construct:

Skills maybe we can include tools as part of Requirements; but we could also have a Skills section for tools: FactSet, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, Excel. However we already included them in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep Skills separate? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge skills into Requirements. But we have a Skills heading possible; but we might not need separate Skills if we already covered. However we need to decide: The headings list includes Skills as optional; we can omit if not needed. We'll omit Skills. Benefits:

The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

We should not include About BNP Paribas? That's company overview; could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role with Business Overview and Candidate Success Factors. The About BNP Paribas section is more generic company info; could be omitted as not required? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that info somewhere. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About BNP Paribas". But headings list does not include "About BNP Paribas". We could incorporate into About the role as additional paragraph. That would preserve info. Thus About the role section will contain Business Overview, Candidate Success Factors, and About BNP Paribas description. Let's craft About the role:

We must ensure not to include the URL or the EEO boilerplate. The About BNP Paribas paragraph ends before the URL and EEO. Good. Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Check for any missing substantive info: FINRA Registrations Required etc. That's part of qualifications? It's a requirement but not listed in Minimum Required Qualifications. It says: FINRA Registrations Required: SIE, Series 86, 87 CFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person (if yes, NFA Swaps Proficiency Program is required): Not Applicable SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person: Not Applicable. This is substantive info about registrations. Should we include? It's under Minimum Required Qualifications? It's separate. We could add to Requirements section as additional items. Let's incorporate. Add to Requirements list: FINRA registrations required: SIE, Series 86, Series 87. Also note CFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person (NFA Swaps Proficiency Program if applicable) – Not Applicable; SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person – Not Applicable. Since they are Not Applicable, maybe we
