What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of experiential strategies, pitch narratives, presentations, and responses to client briefs and RFPs.
  • Partner closely with creative and production teams to shape insight-led concepts that are ambitious, feasible, on-budget, and executable.
  • Serve as a senior client contact, leading discovery conversations, presenting strategic thinking, and building trusted relationships.
  • Oversee the full RFP lifecycle, from initial brief through presentation, award, scope development, and handoff to production.
  • Translate client objectives and creative direction into clear production strategies, timelines, budgets, and execution frameworks.
  • Lead and develop an Experiential Coordinator while mentoring talent across creative and production teams.
  • Maintain accountability to project budgets, profitability goals, client requirements, and delivery benchmarks.
  • Support business development by identifying growth opportunities, expanding client relationships, and strengthening market positioning.
  • Stay current on cultural, experiential, and luxury-market trends to inform innovative offerings and creative solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, high-performing culture across internal teams and external partners.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in the event, experiential, luxury, lifestyle, or beauty industries.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale experiential productions and complex multi-market activations.
  • Experience managing individual project budgets exceeding $2 million.
  • Agency experience managing multiple clients, projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of experience leading producers or cross-functional production teams.
  • Strong client-management, presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to work directly in the details of pitches, plans, and deliverables.
  • The ability to solve problems, make sound decisions with limited information, and bring clarity to complex projects.
  • A track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth, retention, and performance goals.
