• Consultants generally have 4+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD).

Pay and Schedule

• First Year Base Compensation:
  • Associate: $110,000 USD
• Annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
