Responsibilities
- Support design/development of change experiences and execute change activities for assigned initiatives or workstreams, coordinating milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to support successful adoption
- Develop communications, learning materials, engagement activities, presentations, toolkits, change champion networks, and other tactics and activities that help employees understand and adopt new ways of working
