The Associate, Enterprise Architecture, influences technology solutions, processes, and best practices to align with enterprise objectives. They analyze current IT environments, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of policies supporting IT and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate enterprise strategic and operational plans
• Provide guidance on technology solutions and best practices
• Research and analyze IT environments to identify deficiencies
• Support governance activities ensuring compliance
• Influence and advocate IT strategies and policies
• Communicate effectively with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff and build client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years in IT or a related field
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practices
• Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and leverage technology for automation
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to analyze information and translate business requirements into architectural deliverables
