Associate Engineer – Data Analytics
About the Role
This role involves structuring employee benefits packages, focusing on data collection, validation, and maintenance across business systems. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver data for leadership reviews, develop automated dashboards, and drive process automation using Microsoft Tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews.
- Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews.
- Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools.
- Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
