Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review engineering documents (shop drawings, commissioning plans, submittals) to confirm scope clarity, constructability, and testing requirements
• Support field and project teams by translating design intent into installation and commissioning guidance
• Aid in project coordination activities, including RFIs, material tracking, schedule impacts, and subcontractor dependencies
• Perform quality checks of telecommunications installations and related predecessor/successor work for standards compliance
• Support commissioning coordination, progress tracking, and preparation of closeout documentation

Qualifications

• 1+ year of engineering, construction, or telecommunications-related experience (internship/co-op applicable)
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred (ABET-accredited program ideal)
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings, specifications, and installation documentation
• Revit & AutoCAD Experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Pay

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
