We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "ABOUT US" but not "About the role". The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have responsibilities (Essential Functions etc). We have qualifications (Training And Experience, Desirable Knowledge And Skills). We have special requirements (driver's license, drug test). We have physical demands and work environment (maybe not needed). We have "ABOUT US" which could be "About the role"? Actually "About us" is about the organization, not role. Could map to "About the role"? Probably not. The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use other headings if appropriate? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those specific headings. We should include sections that have content: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements (maybe special requirements), Skills (desirable knowledge and skills). Benefits, Pay, Schedule not present, so omit. About the role maybe we can use "About the role" to summarize the role description? But we have a lot of responsibilities already. Could put "About the role" as a brief intro paragraph before responsibilities. The posting includes multiple functional areas: Construction, Design, Environmental Compliance, Planning, Operations - Collection Systems, Operations - Asset Management. That's essentially the role description. Could put that under "About the role". Then responsibilities could be bullet list of essential functions? But we already have essential functions listed under each area. Might be redundant. However we need to preserve all substantive information. We could structure:

About the role

... summary of role covering all functional areas.

Then

Responsibilities

  • ... list each essential function bullet.
Then

Qualifications

  • ... training and experience etc.
Then

Skills

  • ... desirable knowledge and skills.
Then

Requirements

  • ... special requirements (driver's license, drug test, performance rating).
Possibly also include physical demands? Not required headings; could drop as not matching headings. Could include under Requirements as well. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information: need to include all essential functions across sections. That's a lot. We'll need to list them in responsibilities bullet list. Let's extract essential functions from each section: CONSTRUCTION: - Perform beginning level civil engineering work as part of a construction/contract management team responsible for the administration of the construction of collection system and/or facility improvement projects. - Verify that the construction conforms to the contract documents. - Evaluate/review change orders requests, contractor submittals and contractor claims and prepare technical reports concerning complex construction and engineering problems and solutions. - Perform construction observation. - Make necessary field inspections to determine existing conditions. - May meet with government officials, consultants, and the general public to help communicate District policies and responsibilities. [Note: In either case, MSD requires proof of graduation on or before the first day employment.] Desirable Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge of principles and practices of civil engineering; comprehensive knowledge of District regulations and procedures applicable to sewer construction; problem solving and communication skills necessary to work effectively with contractors, engineers, and MSD staff to ensure the successful completion of these projects; considerable knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and design software; extensive skill in reading and interpreting complex engineering plans and specifications; exceptional skill in maintaining records and preparing technical reports; thorough skill in analyzing and integrating data; considerable skill in communicating effectively both in oral and written form; exceptional ability in forming and maintaining effective working relationships. Now About the role: Could summarize: The position involves beginning-level civil engineering work across multiple functional areas including construction/contract management, design, environmental compliance, planning, and operations (collection systems and asset management). Provide brief. We must not invent info; summarizing is okay as long as we don't lose detail. We'll keep a short paragraph. Now produce HTML:

We need to include all essential functions; that will be many bullets. Ensure we don't miss any. Let's list them grouped but still as bullets. I'll craft bullets: - Perform beginning level civil engineering work as part of a construction/contract management team responsible for the administration of the construction of collection system and/or facility improvement projects. - Perform beginning level civil engineering as part of a design team responsible for the production of plans and specifications for the construction of District projects OR as part
