Associate Engineer-1
About the role
Generate work instructions.
Design tooling and fixtures.
Affix to process improvement initiatives that align with customer requirements and cost/quality objectives.
Contribute to data analysis using CMMs.
Review and provide input on customer documentation packages.
Participate in design, RCCA, and other engineering reviews.
Assist with minor assembly tasks and product testing.
Operate and manage 3D printing equipment for both metal and plastic materials.
Perform post-print processing tasks.
Maintain material tracking and usage records for 3D printing.
Conduct minor inspections on products and tooling.
Support R&D activities as needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical degree in engineering or related field preferred.
Experience with CAD software and 3D printing tools is a plus.
