About the role

This role will lead relationships with key industry partners including Murex, Eagle Investment Systems (BNY), Broadridge, SimCorp, GoldenSource, Asset Control, Adenza/Calypso, Bloomberg, and other strategic platform providers. Working closely with Financial Services Sales, Client Partners, Domain Consulting Group (DCG), Infosys Consulting, Service Lines, and partner organizations, the incumbent will build and execute alliance strategies, develop joint go-to-market motions, create differentiated industry solutions, and generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage executive-level relationships with strategic Capital Markets technology partners. Serve as the primary Infosys alliance lead and single point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Define and execute annual joint business plans, governance models, growth targets, and strategic initiatives. Conduct executive reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and joint planning sessions.
  • Identify and pursue partnership expansion opportunities spanning advisory, implementation, modernization, managed services, and platform-led transformation initiatives.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies and sales plays with partner organizations. Develop differentiated Capital Markets solutions leveraging Infosys capabilities and partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Industry teams on events, webinars, thought leadership campaigns, analyst engagement, and partner ecosystem programs.
  • Enable Infosys sales teams with partner-specific messaging, collateral, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with Financial Services sales leaders, Client Partners, and account teams across North America to drive pipeline generation and influence revenue through partner-led and joint pursuits.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities within strategic client accounts. Facilitate executive introductions between Infosys, alliance partners, and clients.
  • Track and report alliance-driven pipeline, bookings, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with Infosys Consulting, Domain Consulting Group, and Technology teams to address emerging client challenges. Develop innovative Capital Markets solutions leveraging partner platforms and Infosys assets.
  • Support Centers of Excellence (CoEs) around strategic Capital Markets platforms. Drive AI-enabled, cloud-enabled, and platform modernization initiatives across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable solution assets.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Partners, Infosys Consulting, DCG, Service Lines, Delivery Teams, Product Capability Teams, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Contracting functions.
  • Align internal investments and capability development initiatives with strategic partner priorities. Support recruitment, certification, and alliance capability-building programs.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Capital Markets technology trends, partner portfolios, and competitive landscape. Monitor partner strategies, acquisitions, product roadmaps, and market developments.
  • Represent Infosys at industry forums, partner conferences, and Capital Markets events including Sibos, FIA, SIFMA, InvestOps, and ISITC.
  • Contribute to thought leadership around Capital Markets transformation, digital platforms, and ecosystem-driven growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, consulting, alliance management, business development, or technology partnerships.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Capital Markets products, platforms, alliance ecosystems, or strategic technology partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience with platforms such as Murex, Eagle Investment Systems, SimCorp, Broadridge, Calypso/Adenza, GoldenSource, Asset Control, Bloomberg, or similar Capital Markets solutions.
  • Proven track record of creating pipeline, influencing revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience engaging and building relationships with executive and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business development, consultative selling, stakeholder management, and strategic planning experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of one or more Capital Markets domains: Asset Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets Operations, Front-to-Back Trade Lifecycle, Investment Accounting, Reference Data Management, Risk & Regulatory Reporting, Post-Trade Processing, and Securities Services & Custody.
  • Experience developing and executing alliance-driven GTM programs.
  • Global Delivery Model experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets technology providers and market infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Experience building business cases, partnership strategies, and executive presentations.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and ecosystem management.
  • Experience driving AI, cloud modernization, and platform transformation initiatives.
