Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace experience strategy for the corporate headquarters, integrating associate feedback, workplace design, and onsite services.
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Real Estate teams to enhance office layout, collaboration spaces, and shared environments to support productivity and connection.
  • Oversee programs related to workplace amenities (e.g., food services, wellness rooms, meeting spaces, common areas) to improve overall associate experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how associates interact with the physical workspace, including signage, navigation, and digital workplace tools.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative associate feedback to identify trends related to engagement and the workplace environment, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve both cultural and physical workplace experience.
  • Partner with HR, Leadership, Facilities, IT, and business units to align workplace initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Lead or support onsite programs, events, and activations that foster engagement, collaboration, and community at the corporate headquarters.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of workplace experience programs, services, and tools, staying current on trends in workplace design, hybrid work, and associate experience to bring forward innovative solutions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating engagement insights and workplace improvements to leadership.
  • Share progress and success stories with the broader organization.
  • Support enterprise listening strategies, including engagement surveys, lifecycle and pulse surveys, focus groups, and real-time feedback channels.
  • Help analyze experience data and associate feedback to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to translate insights into actions and measurable improvements.
  • Track progress and ensure transparent communication of outcomes to associates.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Associate Engagement, Workplace Experience, HR, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capability, including survey design and data interpretation.
  • Collaborate across functions such as HR, Facilities, and IT in a corporate environment.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Show familiarity with associate listening tools and workplace technologies.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Facilities Management, or related fields.
  • Possess experience with corporate workplace operations, facilities coordination, or office experience programs.
  • Understand workplace design principles, hybrid work models, and associate journey mapping.
  • Translate complex data into actionable workplace and cultural improvements.
  • Apply knowledge of inclusion and engagement practices in the workplace.
  • Demonstrate experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Hold project management experience or certification.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
