Associate - Employment (Remote Eligible)

Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the Labor and Employment group in our Philadelphia Office. This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters as well as some general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment matters
• Handle general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claims
• Experience defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation
• Experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials
• Active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars
