Associate, Electrical Engineering - Sustainment

Responsibilities

• Technical coordination for modification, maintenance, and repair of aircraft electrical systems, electro-mechanical systems, and equipment installations.
• Apply basic engineering design and/or analytical theory with understanding of electrical analysis for application to integrated system design, maintenance, and repair.
• Maintain awareness of program considerations.
• Liaison/sustainment engineering role includes support in the transition from engineering design to manufacturing, assembly, and aircraft installation of designed products.
• Apply principles supporting aircraft life cycle maintenance (repair, rework, and designing replacement parts).
• Work competency on a wide variety of tasks and aircraft systems on various aircraft platforms.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology or in a STEM Discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or off-shift work required to support program needs.
