About the role

As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will determine design approaches and parameters, perform system analysis to assess feasibility within time and cost constraints, and utilize modeling tools to establish operating data. You will conduct experimental tests, evaluate results, and select components based on specifications and reliability. Additional responsibilities include performing simulations, presenting design reviews, and writing scripts to control synthesis and build tools.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed (within the past 12 months) a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

  • Knowledge and/or experience with VHDL, MCM, HFSS, Network, Power, Analog, Antennas, Controls, ENE, RF, Photonics, Modem, EDA, DSP, MATLAB, Communication Systems, FPGA, or Aerospace industry.
  • Experience with Optical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Code V and/or Zemax software tools.

Pay

The salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland, Ohio, and Vermont is $62,000 - $115,000. Final offer amount may vary based on experience and geographic location.

Schedule

9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days (totaling 80 hours) and have every other Friday off.
