Associate District Manager - HRO CS DM2
About the role
Close sales and win new business within a defined territory. Attend ADP’s award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, making employees' lives better with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.
Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, document them, and see deals through implementation until new business is live on the solutions you sell.
