Associate District Manager - HRO CS DM2
About the role
In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You'll attend ADP's award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, making employees' lives better with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.
Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, document them, and see them through implementation until your new business is up and running on the solutions you sell.

Responsibilities
- Grow ADP’s business by working within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals using a top-down sales strategy.
- Turn prospects into loyal and referring clients by recommending the right solutions to address their business needs, earning referral business through networking with decision-makers.
- Deepen relationships across ADP by strategically cross-selling cloud-based human resources solutions and collaborating with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
- Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
- Strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
- Ambitious spirit with the ability to thrive under pressure and exceed sales quotas.
- Reliable transportation for this field-based role to meet clients within your territory.
Qualifications
A college degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience includes:
- Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
- Military experience—ADP values the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities veterans bring.

Pay
Base salary offers for this position range from USD $44,800.00 to USD $97,200.00 per year, depending on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
